• Remain inactive for an extended period

10. Disclaimers

BLUEWAYVE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they post.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEWAYVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
